Back Office

Back Office

TargetRecruit’s Back Office accounting capabilities instantly organize customer data from a variety of channels and present that information in one unified view.

TargetRecruit’s Back Office accounting capabilities enable you to transact accounts payable/receivable business from the same system in which you are conducting your front office recruiting efforts.

Just as in the front office side of TargetRecruit, we organized back office into component objects that can be used just like any other object on the Salesforce platform, but with capabilities built specifically for the staffing industry.

Key Components

Accounts: Accounts store all details of the individuals, organizations, companies, customers, vendors, and partners with which you do business.

Receivables: Receivables give you the option to navigate and enter data like Estimate, Sales Order, Invoice, or Credit Memo, and allow creating recurring transaction templates for your customers.

Receive Payment: This object facilitates receiving payments from your customers either in full or partial.

Payables: Payables allow you to navigate through tabs like Purchase Order, Create Bills, and Pay Bills so you can make transactions.

Bill Payments: This object allows you to navigate through payments you have made to your vendors in the past and allows you to make new payments.

Reports: Along with the pre-defined reports and dashboards, Reports allow you to customize and save the reports and dashboards for future reference.

Items: Items are the products which you deal with in your day-to-day business. Items are those products and services which you buy from your vendors and sell to your customers for profit.

GL Accounts: This object is where the Chart of Accounts has been mapped and you can also add new ones, edit, and delete accounts according to your business requirements.

Journal Entries: Records your business’s financial transactions precisely so you can quickly find information on them.
